I’ve also tried to install Intel Rapid Storage Driver that the error says is the issue but, I get an error saying something about I don’t have the right hardware or something. The first link was for 64 bit system so I wasn’t able to install that one. I installed the fix on the second link, then tried Update again. No luck. I then installed KB and rebooted. Tried Updated again with no luck. Turned off the PC so I can take a break and it said there were 3 updates to not power off. So, I waited, let it shut down and rebooted and then I went back to Update and there Look at the screen shot. That’s awesome news. Now, if it will download them.
